Download TikTok Videos on Android — Find Your MP4
Use your Android browser to save a TikTok video as an MP4. No extra downloader app or browser extension is required.
Download one public video
- In TikTok, open a video that you have permission to download.
- Tap Share and select Copy link.
- Open TikSavo in your browser, paste the URL, and select Get video.
- Check the preview, then tap Download MP4.
- Confirm any download prompt and wait for the browser to finish saving the file.
Find the saved MP4
Open your browser’s Downloads menu or the Downloads folder in your phone’s file manager. File manager names vary between manufacturers. The download notification may also open the file directly.
Why the video is not in your gallery
A completed download can be present in Downloads before your gallery displays it. First confirm that the file exists and plays in your file manager. You can then use its Share menu to open it in another compatible app. Downloading the same file again usually does not solve a gallery indexing delay.
If you only see a video player
Look for a download control in the browser’s player. If you opened the downloader inside another app, reopen the page in your regular browser. When a temporary media link expires, return to TikSavo and prepare the original TikTok URL again.
Check the source before retrying
Private, deleted, or region-restricted posts may not be available. Make sure the original post opens in TikTok and copy a fresh link. The current test service accepts individual videos under 10 minutes and 100 MB; larger files may fail.
