A SIMPLE WAY TO SAVE

How to download a TikTok video

Open the video in TikTok and choose Share → Copy link. Paste that link into the downloader above, then select Get video. When the preview is ready, choose Download MP4. Keep this page open until the file starts downloading.

You can use a full TikTok video URL or a short sharing link from vm.tiktok.com or vt.tiktok.com. Use a link to an individual public video, rather than a profile, search page, or photo post.

TikTok download questions

Where does the downloaded video go?

On a computer, check your browser’s Downloads list or Downloads folder. On Android, check Downloads in your file manager. On iPhone, check Downloads in the Files app; if the video opens in a player, use the Share menu to look for Save Video or Save to Files.

Can I download private TikTok videos?

No. This tool is for public videos. It does not sign in to TikTok or access private accounts. Deleted videos and region-restricted posts may also be unavailable.

Will the MP4 have a watermark?

The file depends on the version available from the video source. Preview the result before saving it. TikSavo does not promise that every video will be available without a watermark.

What video quality can I download?

TikSavo requests the best available MP4. Actual quality depends on the original upload and the source. A low-resolution original cannot become a true HD video just by downloading it.

Why is a public video not downloading?

A valid video can still fail when the source is busy, the download server is temporarily unavailable, or a temporary download link has expired. Check that the original post opens in TikTok. Then copy a fresh sharing link and try again later.

Troubleshoot a failed download
Do I need to install an app?

No additional app or browser extension is needed to use the downloader. Paste the link into the form in your browser. Download only your own content or content you have permission to save; downloading does not grant permission to republish it.
